Paul was born in 1959 in Pasadena, California. After discovering that ceramics was his calling at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Paul went on to receive his Associate of Arts degree from the University of Montana at Missoula in 1983. Paul has conducted numerous workshops and shows extensively. His work is collected nationally and internationally.
